Dr. Rebecca Bichvan Phan, MD

I graduated from the Medical College of Virginia and trained at Harbor-UCLA medical center. I am a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. I have practiced in San Jose for over 20 years. I have delivered numerous babies and performed multiple procedures. My office offers the full range of OB-GYN services and we are looking towards serving patients.
